3D text made in Cinema 4D. Nothing is textured, just array lighting with soft shadows. 2nd version is a glass texture on the letters and luminance for lighting/shadows.
This is probably my best design I’ve ever done. The 3D text was made in Cinema 4D, also same with the explosion particles. Then, rendered it out in regular and Cel Render (wireframe).
A kid from my church asked me to make a design for the kids youth group which they call Chaos. I wanted to try and design something that “screams” at you. The lines were made in Illustrator, and the small particles in Cinema 4D. Also, a movie prime lens flare added in Photoshop. Rendered clouds added in the background to look like an explosion.
Canon Rebel XSi, 3 Exposures at -2,0,+2, Photomatix 3.2 Pro used to generate HDR, tone compressor. Post in Photoshop with curves, levels, gradient map, exposure, and vignetting.
Canon Rebel XSi, Exposure: 100 seconds, f/4 10mm- Sigma 10-20mm DC HSM wide angle lens. Curves, levels, hue/saturation, photo filter, and gradient map. Look a little left of the center, it looks like the big dipper!
